Shipping times vary but are usually between 2 and 7 working days to most areas. If however you are in a remote or rule area, please allow and additional 7 days.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or process refunds unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at kathleen@therightbalance.com.au with details of the product and the defect, within 30 days. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kathleen@therightbalance.com.au and send your item to: PO BOX 303, BRONTE, NSW, 2024, Australia.
