Kid-Friendly Raspberry Ice Blocks

When you want to avoid the inevitable school pick up question “mum can I have an ice cream?” You can feel good about serving up these raspberry ice blocks/pops made with real fruit.

All you need:

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen raspberries or strawberries – extra for garnish
  • 1 lime juiced and zested
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • Option to add a few tablespoons of natural yoghurt for an added calcium and protein hit.

Blend all ingredients together. Pour mixture into your moulds and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
