The 10 Days to a Healthier You program is based on clinically-tested weight loss principles, with wholesome, fuss-free recipes (tailored to suit your preferences), exercise guidelines and helpful tools for achieving and maintaining a healthy weight.
The eating plan makes the most of seasonal wholefoods, is higher in protein and fibre, and includes low Glycemic Index (GI) foods to ensure you are kept satisfied. Although the plan is suitable for special dietary requirements, the plan does not exclude entire food groups, such as red meat, dairy, or certain nutrients, such as gluten or wheat. It does, however recommend keeping added sugars, refined starch, caffeine and alcohol to a minimum, and where possible, the 10-day plan will list alternate ingredients to suit special dietary needs.
