Real Food That Loves You Back!
The latin name for the cacao tree is ‘Theobroma Cacao’, which means ‘food of the Gods,’ and has been long worshipped as a sacred food in the ancient Mayan and Aztec cultures.

Due to minimal processing, raw cacao nibs retain their natural mineral content and nutrient dense properties, including a rich source of chromium, magnesium and immune boosting vitamin C and zinc. In fact, the significant chromium levels found in raw cacao, balances blood sugar levels, making it the perfect 3pm snack!

Try Me: Be ‘Super Good’ with this Organic Raw Trail Mix. A nutritious blend of: Organic Styrian Black Pumpkin Seeds, Organic Raw Almonds, Organic Goji Berries & Organic Raw Cacao Nibs. We just love how the bitterness of the Cacao Nibs blends beautifully with the sweetness of the Goji Berries, making it a fantastic snack to keep at your desk and satisfy those afternoon cravings. Try the Honest to Goodness ‘“Super Good” Organic Trail Mix.’

Available through the Honest to Goodness online store.

The Story of Cosmetics

The Bottom Line:

1. Read the label. Read them! Don't be fooled just because the marketing says they are organic or natural, there is a lot of latitude in those words. Just because they use 2% of an organic substance, doesn't make them fully organic. Do your research and if you don't know what a particular ingredient is, look it up! We are educated consumers; we read labels on our food so why not on the products we put on our skin? Much like food, the shorter the ingredients list the better.

2. Less is more. We are finding out that many of the chemicals we have routinely used in past years take a real toll on the planet and on our bodies. It is crucial that we all go green in some ways. So stop accumulating crap in your bathroom cabinet - and get back to basics - which also includes my next point...

3. Look within. Eat loads of plant-based food (fruit, legumes, nuts, vegetables). They are packed with antioxidants that combat free-radicals - one of the leading causes of fine lines and wrinkles.

Remember, you are what you absorb!

Madam Char Char

Looking for a fresh, wholesome and inexpensive bite to eat. Madam Cha Cha is serving up the tastiest meals we've all been waiting for (well, at least me).

Cauliflower and broccoli has never looked so sexy. Certainly well worth a try. Thumbs up from me!
